The ITIL operating model applied by SRI is made up of several components. The first, i.e. the customer level component is a Service Center that is well-built and capable of covering a 7x24 service time, performing call receiving and call registering activities, if possible, resolving problems during calls, highlighting the most efficient and rapid solution. On the second level there are staff with a wide scope of skills at the disposal of the customer, thanks to the applied supervision services these staff perform proactive activities, thus minimizing the outage of business processes.  Our staff working at this level do their jobs by remote access and on-site presence.
