SAP delivers the program correction and upgrade packages in return for a software
follow-up fee. Through the Service Market Place Internet portal operated by SAP
the customer can get all information on the product and the novelties, ask technical
questions and receive an on-line answer or solution. A system audit can be ordered
once a year.
Synergon System Integrator is capable of providing complete system support in
addition to the SAP basic supports. This may include the operation of the hardware
and basic system, the availability of the module consultants to answer the application
related user questions, the implementation of new needs and the development of
reports. Synergon also provides this service for the systems which were not deployed
by Synergon. A flexible and individual service package can be developed for each
of our customers.
