Synergon Rendszerintegrátor (SRI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Synergon Informatika
Nyrt., which offers a wide range of IT solutions to its customers, with a professional
staff of more than 200. The basis of the company is in Budapest, while its Service
Center operates in the city of Székesfehérvár.
The former legal predecessor of SRI was Origin-IT Kft., a company established
in 1994, which started its activities parallel with the advent of Philips in Hungary.
In August 2003, in the framework of a cooperation agreement Synergon purchased
the Hungarian subsidiary of Atos Origin. After the acquisition the company continued
operating first as Synergon Atos Origin Information Technology Kft, then from
2005 as SAO-Synergon Kft., as a member of Synergon Group. In 2008 the Board of
Directors of Synergon Informatika Nyrt. adopted a new marketing communication
strategy, under which the subsidiaries of Synergon will operate under similar
business names in the future, under this decision the name of the company changed
to Synergon Rendszerintegrátor Kft. At the beginning of 2009, as one of the steps
of the transformation into a holding company, the division of Infrastructure
Solutions was transferred into a subsidiary.
That way, the core activity of Synergon Rendszerintegrátor, which had formerly
been the provision of IT services and IT outsourcing, was supplemented by information
technology consulting, trading and supply of IT systems, hardware and network
tools, sale of software licenses and the build-up of complete machine rooms and
security systems.
The tradition of Synergon Group, and thus the tradition of SRI is planned and
stable growth. The company will continue operating according to this tradition
in the future, always bearing in mind that growth does not only mean quantity,
but also quality, especially in the field of efficiency, effectiveness and good
